LikedThe guesthouse is run by a very nice couple. Spontaneously the husband helped my out with commuting and the wife helped me with setting up the right WiFi connection. Sleeping room and bathroom and super clean and everything is new. A good choice if you work in the nearby science park and don’t want to commute more than 20min to work.
DislikedIt is not an absolute silent area due to traffic, but acceptable for business stay purpose.

You won't go wrong with STSP Guest House. All the way from the front door to the 3rd floor where we stayed was it clean and shiny. About 300m from the guest house is a big Family Mart with plenty of seats to sit. The neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant to visit. I will stay here again. Thank you!
