The location was excellent, with everything within walking distance. The staff were friendly and they helped to upgrade my room to Quad room. However, the cleanliness of the room and common area left much to be desired. Overall, it was an average experience, with some positives and negatives.

The room needs work on the sound-proof system. Noises were coming off the ceiling quite frequently. There were fighter jets flying by every 10 minutes and we could hear it loud and clear from the room. There was also a temple event that blasted their music from 4-9pm. The windows and ceiling really need to work on the soundproof system.

LikedStaff was very kind & easy to work with. We had a large group and asked to store our luggage when we arrived earlier than check-in time and also stored luggage for most of the day after we checked out. We were going to see the Lantern Festival which was in 2 different areas and the staff even offered great advice for which area was better, transportation to get there, etc. Location was convenient- walking distance or quick & cheap Uber ride to nearby markets & sightseeing areas.
