Clean. Overseas traveller needs to ensure have access to local tele-communication network (LINE) to receive the door lock number during check in. No staff on duty at the front desk, but can connect through LINE.

So The Location is pretty far from the main station and those attractions. Nearby the hotel there are no convenient store or any restaurant. There are only 1 MCD nearby. They don't do room services, they only provide new towel and that's it. The only good thing is it is 20mins walkable distant to Tainan popular night market.
