Conveniently located near tourist sites like Chikan Tower and Hayashi Department Store. A short uber/taxi ride away from the others like Wusheng Night Market, Tainan Flowers Night Market. Hotel has free self-service washer and dryer too which is very useful if you have a lot of clothes. Staff were friendly enough during our stay 👍 Only qualm was that there were specks of dust/strands of hair on the bedsheets.

LikedMy favorite hotel in 2 weeks in Taiwan. Great base to explore the Tainan city center. Fantastic, expansive breakfast. Huge bed. Free shuttle bus to the train station. Free laundry station in the basement. Sparkling water fountains, big teddy bears in the lobby, oh the decadence! Thank you for the great stay.
DislikedCommunication in English was a bit of a challenge sometimes. The English instructions on how to use the laundry equipment could be improved because the text on the washing machines is completely different. A lady from Reception kindly came to the laundry room with me to select the right settings.

Great location, services, I loved the bedsheets and duvet, so comfy for a good night sleep. Breakfast also a plus , many choices.

DislikedHad to change rooms three times because the first one a group of junky hippie bakcpackers came and threw their stinky boots and backpacks on the hall and they making lots of noises. The second time the ac didnt work in the room so it was unbearably hot. Third room was ok There are no amenities like toothpaste toothbrush or soaps because of 'Ecological' - or I should call Economical reasons 😀 Staff does barely speak any English at all and are not too friendly smiling either.. You should use google translate to communicate with them. Location is good however, close to good eateries and bus stations

LikedExcellent location, beautiful hotel and really amazing breakfast. The room was a great size with a huge bed. Really helpful friendly staff. Best laundry we have come across. This hotel exceeded our expectations!
