DislikedNeeds maintenance, my room had loose towel hooks and broken curtains, which took me out of the experience. Hotel staff were too attentive for my liking, I like to experience privacy when exiting and entering the building, but you are greeted every time you enter and staff will escort you into your taxi. They are trained to cater to you, but I found this style of service to be annoying. If you want to have a quiet stay in Tainan with little attention paid to you and your daily life, than this isn’t the place for you.

My second trip visiting after 7 years. Seems like the hotel is still operating at a very high level. Enjoyed my stay greatly and it will continue to be my primary choice when visiting Tainan in the future.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel with amazing service. Hotel and rooms were big and clean. Departmental store right beside the hotel and the Blueprint Park is right opposite. Highly recommend.
