LikedVery good location , a lot of famous food nearby. Good value of money

Disliked1. There were cockroaches inside the room and toilet. 2. VERY strong cigarette smell. I can’t even sleep due to this smell. 3. Facility very old and some of them were broken, toilet door cannot lock due to broken too. 4. Room very dusty 5. Poor sound insulation. I can hear what people talk from other room.

LikedThe locality was nice, close to the city centre and busy streets. The personnel at the entrance was nice.

DislikedThere were cockroaches in the room and hiding under the bed. The door to the bathroom was broken and couldn't be closed. There was a constant super strong smoke scent coming from the air con. The sound isolation was bad and we could hear other people.

LikedLocation is okay

DislikedBad staffs, the website said check in time at 3pm. When we came they said it was 4pm. But I checked again they wrote 3pm.

LikedThe only thing I like is hotel is the location.

DislikedThe service the server offered us not good. When we didn’t get what she said, she was impatient to us. The worst thing is that it IS extremely noisy when stayed there. You can even hear the conversations from other rooms… The cleanliness also sucks.

LikedVery friendly staff at reception. Smooth check in. Water and towels provided. The hotel overall is good, but the building is old and the rooms not super big. Standard size. Location is good, close to some main attractions but not close to any station. It was okay for a couple nights.

DislikedThe smell of smoke in the room was heavy (worst in Taiwan so far). Little cockroaches in the room. If you have kids watch out, TV has a lot of porn channels.
