Excellent location, very clean, served a good buffet breakfast and loved the free bike hire option to get around the city. I went during CNY peak so prices were slightly higher. Does not have gym or swimming pool but it catered for all your basic needs. Would recommend to anyone!

I have been to multiple kindness hotel in Taiwan. This is the worst I have gone to. First, I have booked non smoking room. But the room that was original assigned to had super strong smoke scent when we get in and after a while too. Luckily, after complaining, we were able to change a room. But it’s also kind of smelly getting in. The room is small with minimal walking space and the restroom got extremely wet after shower. Very dangerous for elderly. The room facilities are very old fashion. The breakfast was okay. Much less selection compare to others. The price is decent and location is convenience but I would probably spend little more money next time and stay at other kindness hotel.
