all in all the service was good and the location was also great, very close to the night market. and the front desk was very nice and offered an extra blanket. yet the soundproof wasn’t so good,i could hear the alarm from the next room and the footstep from the corridor.

The hotel room is spacious enough especially if you have big luggage. Check in and check out process is fast using their self service system. Bed and pillows are very comfortable.

Location was good, but the room and bedsheet smells awkward. I think I’d because of the humidity of the room.

The cleaner accessed to my room before I check out, that is not acceptable but the receptionist said system error (detected the room is ready to clean). System need to be improved to avoid this error again, overall is acceptable
