I like the superior room. Much cleaner than expected. The staff were helpful when i needed help with toliet issue. The location is great.

LikedThe hotel was very close to the night market so location-wise, it was very convenient. Rooms were clean, and noise levels were acceptable even though the hotel is relatively close to high traffic areas.

DislikedThe hotel decided to change the smart locks on all the rooms on my floor and instead of moving me to a different floor or wait until I checked out, they had me pull all of my stuff to the hallway and wait for 2 hours while they installed the new smart lock. Once installed, they provided me with a new room card which did not work, I had to wait for 1 and a half hour at 9 pm for the hotel manager to come and open my door with his master key.

If you want cheaper price for room. But bad for check in timing is self check it must be after 4pm and if you book 2 rooms in same booking. System generate 2 difference floor make sure you request it and inform the staff available at counter because I got 2 elderly with me . And bad experience is room door not is spoil and given key and card for access. I suggest they provide the lorry seat for customer as well cannot be we standing waiting
