location is excellent and easy to go everywhere by bus. Bus stop just close to the hotel. Breakfast is fine although not many choice.

LikedLocation, parking available, great size room.
DislikedMattress very firm (every hotel not just LaiLai) and one pillow! Breakfast was patchy in that they ran out of things quickly but generally enough good food to go around.

Fabulous staff from front desk to housekeeping and breakfast. They all aim to please. Very comfortable bed and large bathroom with modern design. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water
