Pros: location, cleanliness, room smart controls, huge bed Cons: room smart controls (yes, both a pro and a con. Great idea, but the glare from the control panel at the head of the bed made sleeping more of a chore than it needed to be), no USB ports, no servicing of the room on a multi-night stay
