LikedGood room size and nice bathroom/toilet.

DislikedAir-con mul-function. Room is super cold. I booked a quadruple room and there are only 2 coffee packs so we had to share 2 coffee for 4 people. The next day after room make up, even worse, HSKP only refilled 1 pack. I went down before dinner to reflect to the front desk, and ask d to filled up while I went out for dinner. They said okay but didn’t filled up after I went back. Hotel offer 15% coffee coupon because there ain’t breakfast facilities but the coffee shop only opens at 10:45am!! Make no sense at all :(((
