A chic place with unique designed coridoor. Heard that more expensive rooms have theme from other traveller. Microwave to heat up food, washing machine and dryer free to use - great for me at this second leg of journey. Friendly staff with cheerful outlook. Was my birthday one of the days, and I was surprised with a slice of cake with birthday design. Its an extra mile they went! Tks team!

The location is good(within 5 minutes from the train station), the staff is friendly, there is free laundry service (can borrow iron also), my room is quiet so overall 9/10.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay in the Economy room at CityInn TaiChung. The location was fantastic – just a 5-minute walk from Taroko Mall and right by TaiChung TRA station, making it super convenient for getting around. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, making my stay that much smoother. Plus, the room was spotless and everything was well-maintained. It's worth noting that the Economy rooms are compact, so if you have a giant suitcase, it might feel a tad squeezy. Also, the provided breakfast is decent, but I'd recommend exploring the tastier local options nearby. Overall, if you're looking for a clean, convenient hotel with excellent service at a budget-friendly price, CityInn TaiChung is a fantastic choice!
