I know this is a three star hotel, but it's location, cleanliness, quietness, check in and out efficiency, staff politeness is better than some four star. Highly recommend those visiting Taichung.

Very satisfied with my stay at CityInn Plus. The front desk team was very helpful in arranging transport to my destination despite between different shifts (good handover). They were friendly and proactive (e.g took an interest to find out if I enjoyed my activity) and ever ready to provide directions or solutions to answer my query. Felt welcome. Pros: 1) Located within 3min from train station to property. 2) Bus stop, within 2min walk, with direct bus service to night market. 3) Shopping mall with Chun Shui Tang restaurant within 5min walk. 4) Practical Facilties: FOC self-service laundromat on ground level of property, hot/cold water dispenser, microwave oven, cozy and common areas for gathering. 5) Strong water pressure in shower. Cons: 1) room size is comfortable for one (not enough space to open 2 luggages). 2) Basin area is quite small.

Location is very near to Taichung station. Breakfast is good with varieties. Hotel even helped booked tour to SML and Alisha’s for us. Overall, it was a good stay and value for money.
