DislikedThe washer and dryer were not well maintained in the basement. Took us a while to figure out why the dryer wasn’t drying due to crusted lint that no one emptied for a while. Maybe because it’s a free service, still a waste of customers’ time regardless.

LikedBreakfast was fantastic with loads of vegetarian and vegan options. Front desk staff , especially the girl were fantastic, helped us sort out an existing tour booking, making phone calls with tour provider and translating for us. Went out of her way to help. Thank you!
