We were greeted by the friendly staffs and they are willing to share a lot of information with us. There are also small activities organised by the hotel as well:) We misplaced our item and the hotel staff were prompt in assisting us and facilitated the sending of our items to our next hotel.. Appreciated the service level! Kudos to the hotel and the loft room is really really good!

LikedBreakfast has a good variety of food. Many kid’s friendly food. Waiters were very attentive. The eating area is very clean and spacious.
DislikedThe kids water play area could be more cleaner. Water was too cold.
