We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the room provided two different types of pillows. The drain had a musty smell, which is a common problem in older hotels, but luckily it could be blocked off and the smell was not noticeable. This did not affect our overall experience. The breakfast was a buffet with both Chinese and Western options. We were especially impressed that there was hot broth for dipping raw beef slices. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget.

Was enticed to stay here for the dinner buffet which did not disappoint. The room we booked was rather large and spacious. The only sore point is the location of the hotel which is rather far from the HSR and TRA stations. Booking a taxi or uber will set u back 300-350 NTD. The back entrance of the hotel closes at 930pm and only opens after 7am so do take note if you plan to use it.
