Cozy room, friendly staff, and beautiful scene. The most important, the room equipped with air conditioner and fridge which are not a standard facilities in hotels of Wuling area. I will choose this hotel again if I go to Wuling.

LikedConsidering that the hotel is at 2000m and in a very rugged environment, it was better than expected. The Hoya is not perfect but I enjoyed my stay and the staff are very friendly.

DislikedThe food court could have some more Hakka food.

LikedSpa was pretty cool. Property getting a bit old but nice enough. Good breakfast variety. Easy parking. Great local environment.

DislikedNo toothbrush in room. Check-in didn’t have my booking so took a long time. Service was a bit impersonal.

Receptionist arranged a room with poor view and right above kitchen exhaust. Be aware when you paid a discounted rate you likely get a discounted room. It would be better if Agoda can give us a heads-up.
