Staff name Stanley was very helpful and kind, glad we met him during our first night stay. Our rooms were terribly hot at 26.5degrees; unable to adjust it due to centralised system 🤷🏻‍♀️. He went to other available rooms to check it and replaced for us though it’s past midnight. Afterwards it’s present stay for 2 nights, thank you.

Was assigned room 705 for a 4 nights stay. After the first night, my wife and I had bites all over our leg, after a closer examination, we ruled it out to be bed bugs. We requested for a change of room, the receptionist were understanding to grant us that. Be cautious of bed bugs issue when you stay in room 705.

Location of hotel is good. Staff are friendly and helpful! Family room is good for 4 adults. Hotel cleanliness can be improved such as the bedsheets and pillow cases. Overall a 4/5 hotel.
