Perfectly organized. Breakfast includes variety of domestic, contemporary western foods and was enjoyable. I made an irregular order to the front to check the heaviness of my luggage for airplane, which is also accepted. Wonderful hospitality!

LikedThe early check-in, room size and location. The concierge staff especially Adam Sun and Karen Lai so patient and helped us to find a fantastic tour of Sun moon Lake. The tour was the highlight of our stay in Taichung. The staff at the breakfast venue were lovely and accommodating. They didn't rush us out like other hotels we stayed in.
DislikedIt was hard to book the restaurant on site and not alot of choices for drinks at the bar.
