LikedNice resort setting in the hills.staff reception was excellent. The booking comes with a private cabin spa which is so so nice. The rooms was huge, spacious and clean. Dinner for 3 was delicious at good price. Outdoor spa was a good experience too.

DislikedThe flooring in room was clean but very slippery when wet..need to wear the slippers in room. Ancient door keys should change to modern key card entry

LikedThe best part of this hotel was the staff. They really made us feel special. When we checked in, my husband gave them his passport - it was his birthday. Later at dinner, the staff all said Happy Birthday to him and treated us to a glass of wine. We loved the private spa room as well as the outdoor hot pools. Our room was large and the bathroom even had 2 sinks which was great. The hotel was across the street from a river with both car and suspension bridges - nice for taking in views of the river. There was an observation deck on the 9th floor with beautiful views of the mountains. The bed and linens were very comfortable. Everything in the room was clean. I really wished that we had planned to stay a second night.

DislikedIt would have been nice to have a plug in the bathroom for my curling iron, but I managed without it.

Hotel is a bit remote but you get wonderful views of the mountains around. Outdoor hot spring pools are good, and the herbal bath was my favorite.

Everything looks old. Pictures were deceiving . The road towards the hotel was long and winding. The hot spring spa wasn’t enticing at all.
