I took my parents to celebrate his 69 years old birthday and Mother Day and they are very satisfied with the view and hot and cold springs

The stay at Lakeshore Hotel Suao was comfortable. Enjoyed the hot and cold spring offered in the room. Also liked that there was a water dispenser outside our room.

Really more meant for locals if you are coming from overseas this location is too out of the place. And personally I really don’t think any hotels should withhold the dispensing of toiletries just for the sake of sustainability…. Breakfast is super good one of the best I have had even without a live egg station. Room is on the smaller end But there’s private onsen (both hot and rare cold spring water) Staff at the lobby can be more enthusiastic with helping of luggages

✓ Convenient location - walking distance from Suao train and bus station ✓ Friendly and attentive staff - shared Suao travel map and tips, brought me up to enjoy the facilities while room is being prepared. Request for items were swiftly attended to. Room and public areas are clean throughout the day. ✓ Room is spacious (big bathroom with balcony, cozy living room area with sofa and table and a king size bed). Bed is comfortable and comes with both hard and soft pillows ✓ Mountain view is gorgeous ✓ Facilities are awesome, especially for sea view pool (if you are lucky, you can catch the sunrise here) ✓ Comes with welcome drinks (red wine or tea) for every night stay ✓ Breakfast buffet 👍 Wide spread, there's seafood soup, famous Tainan Michelin fish skin rice, ice cream, soy pudding etc. Cannot really think of anything negative, maybe just soundproofing. I stayed near the lift so I'm able to hear some voices when people are speaking loudly at the lift lobby (but it really depends on who's speaking)
