The first thing I got here is by the front porch from which the cover photo is taken. The view opposite that is breathtaking! Low deep valleys and lofty mountainside and far away are the snow-capped mountains of Hehuan. The location of the minsu is very near the main road, around 10 minutes walk and 15 minutes away from Qingjing Farm entrance and the entrance from the main road is where the bus for the Hehuan sunrise watching would pick you up. The minsu though is quite far from the nearest convenience store like 7-11 or Family Mart (20min up-road) so be sure to when you go to one to stack up everything you need. The minsu itself is very homey. The rooms are super large equipped with a heater bath (this is super important since the water here is so cold). No elevators though going to top floor though I was already informed beforehand and it's no concern for me. The breakfast is what I love here, home cooked, very homey and the view ... just wow. The staff here are accommodating, friendly and nice. Would love to stay here again and bring my friends or family.

LikedNearness to Cingjing Farm.
DislikedNo lift and we have to carry our luggage to our room on the third floor with no help. No heater in room and the electric blanket takes a long time to heat up. Room is always cold and unwelcoming. We stayed 2 nights and they did not even tidy up the room when we were out. They have only one worker who cooked breakfast and managed the ‘minsu.’ Same breakfast everyday - white porridge with pickles and white bread/buns with jam.

LikedTraditional Chinese breakfast provided. The staff was helpful. It's better if travel with own vehicle, however we used the public transport and it required a short walk, not too far but it's dark at night.
