LikedThe staffs are quite helpful. They were willing to help us carry our luggages up the steps.
DislikedNo air conditioning at level 1, need to use fan for ventilation if you don’t want to open the window.

Staff is courteous and accommodating. However, the hotel is showing its age. The room is old and bathroom is moldy. While the room is well stocked with snacks and drinks, and has updated electrical outlet and fast WiFi, the rest of the hotel desperately needs a refresh. There’s also no view of the picturesque mountains.

LikedI like how the staff goes all the way out to make us comfortable. For example, Magie knowing that we don’t consume pork arrange for alternative food to us. Steven knowing that we will not be heading out for dinner surprised us by giving us cup noodles delivered to our door room. He was great in recommending nice attraction and food around the area. Love my experience there!
