Stayed for a night during Chinese New Year period with our toddler, so had to accept the peak season rate. Room was pretty big and service was great. Baby cot and tub were prepared beforehand. There's a hot spring, a children's playground and outdoor area on the top floors but sadly didn't have the time to enjoy them (because they close at around 9pm apparently). Breakfast was alright. Location is great with ample of parking spaces in front and behind the hotel. Soundproofing could be improved though. No bathtub in our room either. Not worth the price during peak holiday season to be honest, but compared to other hotels, it's probably still the better choice.

The hotel facilities are good, kids like the most the playground, parent can put kids at playground with safe then parent enjoy sauna..

drove there while it was raining and the staff came out with umbrellas to fetch us into the hotel from the main gate. breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food, including dessert, and were all very tasty. only problem was that the cocoa tube in the coffee machine was not working properly, so we could not drink hot cocoa or chocolate milk. hope that they fix it soon.
