DislikedWhen we entered the elevator we could smell cigarette smoke, and in the hallway, and in the room itself the smell was strong. We don't smoke and this really bothered us. Other than that, we were very pleased with the room.

DislikedDon't try to book here, it's very disappointing. 1. they gave us a wrong room , yes its bigger compare to the one i book but the charge (payment) for extra person is 800nt per person compare last year its only 500nt. 2. they have the policy that the KTV is untill 10:00pm and no noise allowed . (you cant really enjoy 🙄) 3. the water is dirty, there is a lot of algae in the pool area 4. they get 10,000nt for deposit , because you need to clean before you check out. We cleaned before check out. I sign a contract for deposit , as stated in the contract if we left the room dirty we will not get the deposit back. when we checked out in the morning, the staff said we won't get the deposit because we were too noisy at night but we stopped singing before 10:00 pm and when someone called on the phone to say it was noisy we already stopped after that call . In the policy that the staff told us they only gave us 2 warning or call if we still noisy but they only called us once because we follow the rules, but the staff keep telling that they called us many times(so liar) very scammer 🤬😡😡😡😡 at the end they only return half of our deposit (5000nt) and the other 5000nt is payment for the noise 🙄🙄 which is not true !!!🤬
