I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. At first night, i woke up to noise from neighborhood room. So i complained about this noise around 2:30 a.m. The staff immediately corrected it and i could get good sleep during the rest of night. And the next day after check-out, i realized that i had put my blue jeans in this hotel. I contacted this hotel and the staff kindly kept my blue jeans in it. So i could get it back. Actually, i had put my car key inside pocket of blue jeans. Thanks to keeping it safely, after i arrived in airport, i could drive my car home. All staff are nice and kind. I feel very excellent and i could stay in this hotel feeling comfortable except the far distance from metro station. I would appreciate all staff for serving me kindly again. 🙏

LikedRoom is big, bathroom also. Free parking. Reception staff was friendly and welcoming. Soms coffee/water/snacks available next to reception
DislikedCurtains let in a lot of light in the morning. Also the emergency light is like a spotlight, way to bright at night! Lot of noise from the hallway and other rooms. At the breakfast buffet you have to clean up your own stuff. Staff doesn't really seem to care there.

I did not enjoy my stay here. The staff were not professional nor were they friendly. I'm here for a holiday and they did not make my stay pleasant. You'll get special negative treatment if you're not Asian. The hotel has clearly seen better days and it's not doing so well now. Though they appear to be in denial. The Good: The only positive thing is the room is somewhat spacious, but that is balanced by the hotel being at the tail end of the city. Look at the map. It is far out. The Bad: - The room had issues and clearly they did not check it beforehand. Had to wait during check in for them to fix it. - Bathroom vents have fungus and dust in them. - I stayed 5 nights and not once did they change the bed sheets or pillow cases. - You don't get toilet amenities. You have to ask for them. So imagine walking into the bathroom and there's no soap....I had to walk down to the reception and collect it and noticed that they gave the soap to another customer that just checked in whil they did not inform me of the need. - Noisy and hard to sleep in. There's clanking noises all day long if your room is facing the same direction mine did. - Check out is at 11 am. They will kick you out. No allowance at all or care for their customers. Not even one hour extra. - I did not enjoy the Breakfast. Not worth it and I barley attended it.

LikedIt was ok. The parking was nice. The toilet was a nice Japanese toilet.
DislikedBut I would not go there again. It look or gives a rundown feeling and impression.
