Hotel facade doesn't impress but everything inside is very good. Room is a very good size, beds were very comfortable, staff are very friendly, WiFi signal is stable; free laundry facilities is a rare find. Mcdonald breakfast every morning; good selection of food offered. A short walk to MTR. Will stay again. Highly recommend this hotel.

I would recommend this hotel for solo travelers or couples because the location is convenient. The cleanliness can be improved because I still can spot the hair from the washroom when I check in to the hotel. Overall is great and I will come back again if there are any deals.

LikedThe complementary breakfast and laundry was great to have. Staff were exceptionally nice and attentive. We stayed over New Years Eve and the hotel left a gift after our room was cleaned, which was very cute and unexpected.
DislikedThe room had a mild smoky smell despite not being a smoking room - may have been due to the previous guest doing the wrong thing as we found a used cigarette on the window sill.
