This place offers more than spring spa and decent place to stay. It is about the whole experience immersing in the tranquil environment with aspiration to support artists and promote understanding of different people in Taiwan. We really enjoy everything during our stay. The place is around 50 minutes drive from Taoyuan airport and it is 15 mins walk from the old street where we enjoyed browsing around. The food served by the hotel has been incredibly (actually especially the late night noodles haha). Thank you to all the staff who made our stay enjoyable. It really takes our minds off from our busy schedule and we would definitely come back.

Excellent stay and service is tiptop. Breakfast is good. Overall no complaint. Mini bar is free.

LikedThe service was exceptional, from the front desk to the restaurants to the spa. I almost cried when we were shown our room. It was huge and had a beautiful view of the tranquil river outside. The spa was excellent, there is a public portion that is also great! The hotel was a really short walk to the historic village, where we took a tram up the mountain. The village had amazing street food. The food in the hotel was gastronomy and one could tell that great care went into the planning and preparation of it. The room was supplied with coffee and tea and snacks. All in all, it was very hard to say goodbye. Great accommodation and service for the price.
DislikedThere was nothing I didn't like about this place and we will go back on our next trip to Taipei. It's a great place to get over jet lag and the uber from Taoyuan airport cost less than our airport ride in Los Angeles.
