located in quite a deserted and quiet area with mostly residential buildings nearby, no meal options nearby within walking distance, convenience store was closed most of the time too. house was clean and well maintained, spacious rooms, great host who was communicative and gave us her recommendations. however, not a typical minsu experience - we did not interact much with the other guests and did not have meals at the property, even breakfast was outsourced and served at another breakfast joint. transport was a hassle - please download the yilan ibus app to see the bus arrival timings (once every hour frequency and ends at 8pm). bus stop is located directly outside the ppty but most of the time we just cabbed.

Room is spacious and clean, location is slightly inconvenient unless taking a cab. Nevertheless, staff is helpful and respond quickly to enquiries. Recommended !
