The condition of the interior of the room is not what you would expect for what you pay. It's bare bones but comfortable. The walls are peeling in the room and the electric current is so low that there are no tea kettles provided in your room. You have to go to a shared hot water source in the hallway. That's o.k. but I love having a tea kettle in the room to make coffee and tea on demand. The hot water for showers seems to be turned off during the day so if you shower, do it early or late. The hosts are nice but they were firm about being non-refundable. If I would have known what I was getting for the money I would not have booked. Lesson learned. Plus, my room was not serviced the first day of my stay. This is very different from my recent stay in a Hostel which was lower in price and exceptional in every way compared with this location.
