LikedBrilliant buffet breakfast as well as dinner excellent value for money, walking distance from the attractions, free shuttle to the bus station, friendly and helpful staff, bed mattress provided good support to the back

Excellent customer service and a range of activities given for guests in the activity room, such as board games and card games like uno. There is the presence of a shuttle service to and fro from the nearest bus stop/bus terminal, but for foreign tourists, it is quite hard to utilize the shuttle service unless the front desk staff regularly looks through the agoda etc booking website to check for any messages. However, the shuttle service away from the hotel is much appreciated as we had heavy luggage with us. It’s close proximity to the Monster Village, a reasonably decent tourist attraction without a large crowd makes it worth booking. The room size is large, the interior is nice and bright and the toilet was big and clean. The owl theme was very cute. The breakfast included offered a wide range of Chinese dishes. Personally, I loved the radish dish. It was so soft, kind of like old cucumber in old cucumber soup. Overall a great experience and would book again!

LikedOur room was comfortable and quiet with a nice view over the valley to the mountains. The decor features lots of timber. The staff spoke a little English, but were very helpful. Dinner was inexpensive and good and there was a large Chinese style breakfast buffet. Parking was easy and it was only a short walk to the entrance of the nature reserve. This reserve has lots of easy walking trails through magnificent forest.

DislikedSteamboat dinner - all items are served totally frozen (chicken, pork, fish, enen tofu) - first time I have steamboat served this way!
