Not only Agoda who is irresponsible for its service. Even the Hotel frontdesk!! The fat girl in the glasses. So RUDE!!

Recommend??! Are you joking?? First of all, it shouldnt even be managed by Agoda! Agoda and the Hotel itself don't agree with each other! I asked Agoda for a receipt, it pushed me to the Hotel. Them I showed the hotel Agoda's message, and ACasa says, we don't do that in Taiwan. No use presenting her my businesscard requesting a receipt under my businessname. No... and Agoda? I never saw any action taken after leaving such shameful service. My advise, use Expedia... use anything else, don't use Agoda or Booking.
