Toilet has a fairly strong odor. Staff rectified the problem efficiently but the odor still existed after a while. Thorough cleaning is suggested.

Overall very nice stay, friendly staffs, ok breakfast, and great harbor view. Waiting time for elevator might be longer compared to hotels of same levels. Carpets smell when we first entered the room. Still one of the top option in Keelung though. Will come back if i visit Keelung again.
