LikedI had a great stay at Kaohsiung Holiday Inn Express hotel. Staff was very courteous, room are spacious and clean. The location of the hotel is amazing, close to the river, the heart of the town and very easy MRT access. The breakfast buffet was good with an important choice. I would recommend this hotel for your next stay in Kaohsiung.

LikedProperty is new and nicely designed.
DislikedRoom is quite small despite booking one with two queen beds for 4 adults when only 2 adults are staying. Staff at breakfast wasn’t very polite in their approach

The twin sharing room is more spacious than the doubles room. Comfortable stay with pretty good breakfast spread. However, the cleaner failed to clean up the room despite the clean-up light was switched on to indicate cleaning needs to be done. When I called the front desk for cleaning service, I was told the cleaners had to knock off soon at 5pm. End up the front desk staff had to come over to do a simple cleaning (replace towels & amenities and throw rubbish) for us.

LikedThe breakfast is very welly prepared, even we are vegetarian, there are plenty of vegetarian choices. The restaurant staff demonstrates extra effort preparing food for our unwell son. Really appreciate that. Thsnks
