The twin sharing room is more spacious than the doubles room. Comfortable stay with pretty good breakfast spread. However, the cleaner failed to clean up the room despite the clean-up light was switched on to indicate cleaning needs to be done. When I called the front desk for cleaning service, I was told the cleaners had to knock off soon at 5pm. End up the front desk staff had to come over to do a simple cleaning (replace towels & amenities and throw rubbish) for us.

LikedThe breakfast is very welly prepared, even we are vegetarian, there are plenty of vegetarian choices. The restaurant staff demonstrates extra effort preparing food for our unwell son. Really appreciate that. Thsnks

LikedThe breakfast buffet was very good, with a lot of choice. We liked the location near the river, and it was convenient for the MRT station. The staff were helpful.
DislikedMy room could have done with a make-over. The switches and tv remote were well-worn and needed to be replaced. We were disappointed that the basement was being refurbished, so the laundry was unavailable.
