It's located near the KH arena MRT which is very convenient if you visit KH via HSR. The staffs were also very nice and helpful and there are cheap and nice restaurants around there. However, the room was not very clean. I saw some cockroaches and bugs inside the room, and after staying there for 2 nights I went home with red spots and pimples in the area where my body touched the bed, yuck!!!

LikedThere were 2 pillows but they quickly brought I 2 more when asked Rm 807 - quiet - no street noise Large room No maid service unless you ask for it Price was excellent McDonald's nearby and lots of 7-11s for quick food and MRT nearby Clean Desk staff were helpful - they knew some English
DislikedNo soap in bathroom or lotion Slow wifi. Phone couldn't back up due to connectivity. Many times no wifi at all. Three bars in the bathroom only. One or two at the bed. Often one bar, there. Even at 2 bars I couldn't connect to the internet, sometimes. No hand towel - just 2 bath towels Bed a bit hard Couldn’t seem to control the air conditioner - I felt cold the first few nights, and hot after that No maid service unless you ask for it Headboard is sticky when I rested my head against it No safe

Location is conveniently close to a MRT station, AC was a bit chilly even on lowest setting, shower was missing a curtain
