LikedA clean and welcoming hotel. The coffee machine in the lobby and the ice cream and snacks provided a welcome break and were a nice bonus. Room was good size and comfortable.

LikedThe breakfast was exceptional in its variety and taste. The free laundry facilities (including detergent) and 24-hour snacks, including tea, coffee, cookies, crackers and ice cream. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful; hospitality was great.

From airport to Kaishiung Station by MRT is only 30 mins and hotel is just 5 mins walk from station which is very convenient. I love the hotel provides ice cream (5-6 flavors) and coffee/tea for free 24hrs at lobby. The room is clean and tidy. Reasonable price. Will stay again if go to Kaoshiung again.

LikedHotel was very professional and rooms were big and comfortable. Bed was perfect. Water, coffee and ice cream available when wanted. Nice touch. Staff were very helpful and polite - we had to use translate app to communicate, but was seamless.
DislikedLocation was convenient for train, but not particularly best part of city. We had to use metro + light rail to get to places of interest. We picked this for convenient location to train, but next time, would choose a nicer part of the city.
