LikedClean, comfortable, great value near the railway station. Nice staff, always happy to assist. We like the downstairs waiting/ dining area, nice whilst waiting for transport after checking out. Rooms have a solid good ledge under the window for packing and seating - very practical . Nice to have lovely soap and shampoo provided.

LikedLocation was great and staff was friendly. There are lots of food options nearby.
DislikedThe room was old and have to return the key to the counter when leaving the hotel. Good thing is that the front counter is manned 24hours. The bathroom did not have separation between wet and dry area so after a bath the whole toilet including the toilet bowl is just wet.

I like the hotel, and the staff are so kind. I only have a problem with the soundproofing; I could hear buses, cars, motorcycles, and all public vehicles from room 201, which is inconvenient for me to sleep. Overall, the hotel is still good; maybe our room is not a good place because it is in front of the elevator and the highway itself.
