LikedThe staff are friendly. Provide some snacks and drinks on the 1st floor. The location is near the railway station. There's also a bike station nearby.

DislikedThe rooms feel a little bit damp. The cupboards are really old. The marble floor in the shower feels weird. It will be better if indoor slippers are provided..

LikedCheck-in and out was such a breeze. Literally took a minute. They had most basics like clean towels, disposable sleepers, tea, water etc. i also appreciated how clean the bathroom was as I’m very fussy about that.

DislikedIt was decent and clean but definitely not sound proofed. I woke up so scared thinking someone was in my room only to realize that the movement that seemed so close was actually from the next room. You can definitely hear everything from outside your room through the “walls” all round the room. It was also quite cold in the night and there wasn’t any extra blanket readily available besides the sheet and non padded duvet on the bed. The water temperature was also not hot at all. It was lukewarm and there were no shower caps i could find.

LikedThe staff was friendly and they responded to our inquiries promptly. First floor has free snacks. The room was large, and the mattress and pillows were comfortable.

DislikedThe soundproofing could use a lot of work. We woke up to the sounds of people coughing and blowing their noses in their rooms as clear as if they were next to us. Also, when the cleaning staff started cleaning other rooms, we could clearly hear them chatting and moving their cart around.

LikedStaff were amazing! Room was clean and quiet and the bathroom was more modern than expected.

DislikedWindow was small and didn't have a view.
