LikedBeautiful hotel and the restaurant is simply amazing. Fantastic view. Nice location. I really liked it there. Room was comfortable and clean, people kind and very helpful.
DislikedA little old. Air conditioning impossible to regulate so you are either hot or cold. A few broken things, but nothing essential.

we were given rooms at the 15th flr, it was nice but my wife complained that there was no bidet on the toilet. we were transferred to a same room at a higher floor. all went well. the buffet breakfast was good for the small add-on to the room price. hotel seems to be a bit old based on the outdated room design.

Overall the staffs are nice, place is clean but it’s not closed to train stations 🚉. I really appreciate a male staff who wears suits and glasses 👓, is really kind, polite and enthusiastically in his job! Thanks for your service.

The hotel is next to Kaohsiung government offices, not very close to pier, it has scheduled shuttle to Shihjia MRT. Hotel has all amenities but it's a bit dated, furniture needs upgrading. Bedding is clean and comfortable, and staff is friendly. It looked like it has its glory days, hope it can update to keep up its 5 star status.
