The staff at this hotel are outstanding human beings. During the 04/03/24 earthquake, the staff in the restaurant took care of my family and made sure we were at ease (despite experiencing such a scary moment themselves). They were forward thinking, professional, and extremely warm. I am very grateful to this hotel.

LikedExtremely comfortable, away from busy area yet convenient enough to access food options.
DislikedSome of the plugs in the room were not working well. We had to try multiple plug points to charge our mobile phones.

Very clean Japanese style room with hot spring bathtub (actually not really sure if that’s real hot spring 😅) Excellent location with all convenient stores and famous foods near by. Nice breakfast, go head if you are first time to Yilan and if you'd like to enjoy the vibes of small town of Taiwan.
