LikedRoom was spacious for 3 pax. In room hot spring bath. Has a sofa area, which is separated by a sliding door from the beds. Complimentary mini bar. Happy hours in the evening with wine. Able to use the facilities at their sister hotel, Just sleep. Staff was attentive and helpful.

DislikedThere is no drop off area and covered area for drop off

LikedWe booked very last minute due to change of plans and we were so delighted we chose this hotel. We were upgraded to a suite which was a great surprise. We loved the outdoor rooftop hot spring pool and really felt so relaxed after a hectic couple of days. Another nice offering was the free happy hour wine at 6pm. The staff were so friendly and so much choice for breakfast. Would definitely recommend...

LikedThe beds were really comfortable. The room itself was a bit small especially with all the stools, table, etc, however, the room was decorated really nicely. The amenities were great and there was a private bath in each room. The breakfast buffet was great!

DislikedThe public bath was in the basement of the other hotel and it was a bit dingy going down the stairs. It also wasn't that great. The pool was a bit murky with a few bugs. Our rooms did have a few things that did not work but the front desk helped us very quickly.
