LikedThe beds were really comfortable. The room itself was a bit small especially with all the stools, table, etc, however, the room was decorated really nicely. The amenities were great and there was a private bath in each room. The breakfast buffet was great!
DislikedThe public bath was in the basement of the other hotel and it was a bit dingy going down the stairs. It also wasn't that great. The pool was a bit murky with a few bugs. Our rooms did have a few things that did not work but the front desk helped us very quickly.

The staff at this hotel are outstanding human beings. During the 04/03/24 earthquake, the staff in the restaurant took care of my family and made sure we were at ease (despite experiencing such a scary moment themselves). They were forward thinking, professional, and extremely warm. I am very grateful to this hotel.

DislikedSome of the plugs in the room were not working well. We had to try multiple plug points to charge our mobile phones.
