1. Location - fair. ~10min to train station or bus station or Main Street with shops. But it's safe so walkable even at night. 2. Room with Mountain View- very pretty! The in room hot tub is great. 3. No facilities in hotel, nearest self service laundry is ~10min away. 2min walk to nearest convenience store. 4. Staff - some are super responsive and helpful! others don't respond via WhatsApp even though I was told I can communicate via WhatsApp. This isn't a full fledged hotel so reception hours are about 10-7pm. 5. Room looks a bit worn but clean most of the time. 6. some days, the room amenities are not completely replenished.

Great hotel, with a huge space for hot and cold spring water inside the toilet. Hotel reception starts from 10AM-8PM, but besides that everything is great

The room is large. There is a air purifier. Bathroom is huge along with hot springs pool. Staff is super nice. Share their idea on local restaurants.
