Our Stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the property was commendable. However, the room is too small. It out of our expectations with such small area in Taiwan. The facilities provided were decent, but nothing exceptional. Prices were quite high compared to the overall experience.

The staff is nice, but sometimes not very helpful, maybe due to the tourist volume. The spring in the basement is not big, and the environment is a bit messy. There is even a woman bring a cell phone in the onsen area, watching youtube. That is terrible!! No manners at all.

Location: 5mins walk to main street with all the food choices. Hotel exterior: Looks new and good. Hotel interior: Very small room. Onsen took up half the room. Hardly has any space to move around or open our luggage. Wifi is good. Breakfast: Spread was ok. Compliment: I encountered the powerful quake here during my stay. Staff was quick to check on and assured guests.
