LikedLocation and the service provided by the staff as well as breakfast selections and choices.
DislikedThe overall room size is ok by the onsen size is too large and the texture of the floor doesn't feel comfortable.

Our Stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the property was commendable. However, the room is too small. It out of our expectations with such small area in Taiwan. The facilities provided were decent, but nothing exceptional. Prices were quite high compared to the overall experience.

The staff is nice, but sometimes not very helpful, maybe due to the tourist volume. The spring in the basement is not big, and the environment is a bit messy. There is even a woman bring a cell phone in the onsen area, watching youtube. That is terrible!! No manners at all.
