LikedThe location was great. Staff is nice. Facility has different type of the spa.
DislikedThe room has no heater ? Either the Ac system was broken in my room or all room has no heater. Although the AC panel has the heater option, it only blew out cold air. Called the front desk and they told us in order for the temperature to go up is to turn off AC completely because heater doesn’t work. We went in December and the night was cold that day. Wasn’t a comfortable stay with the price.

We stayed 2 nights and the bedsheets and towels though clean, are a bit rough and thin and do need replacement. The design of the room is dated but clean. Fruits and snack are given but teas sachets is below average given the high room cost and Taiwan produce good teas. We can use the Art Spa hotspring facilities as much as we want. Breakfast was basic and no soy milk which I tho6was a standard beverage for Taiwan breakfast. There are two tubs in the room, one for spring water and the other for cold water. Great for relaxing after a day out

The staff were kind. English communication may not be good, so please prepare a translator. I was embarrassed because there was no parking lot information, but the parking lot is across from the art spa and is very convenient. You can get a spa if you prepare a swimsuit and a swimming cap. The room was clean and convenient, but please be careful because it's noisy next to the elevator.

LikedRoom is spacious. Although very dated, it is very comfortable. The spa facilities are adequate and suitable for families. We enjoyed our stay here. Staff are super friendly and polite.
DislikedI suggest to have additional staff at the reception as we waited for very long for the staff to operate the wheelchair lift. She was manning the reception counter and taking calls alone.

Room is spacious and cozy, we enjoy to stay here as the location is so convenience, and plenty of snacks/ food stall around. Will come back next time.
