I have stayed in this hotel for one night and it was really a pleasant stay. The location is really strategic as it’s closed to the largest mall, Big City. The hotel concierge helped to book the cab for the next day in order for me to catch the earliest HSR. Very polite front desk and will definately book again.

Spacious clean room with a big bathroom, central location, near the train station, the breakfast buffet offer a lot of choices, the staff are helpful and polite.

Hotel has a nice spacious room with modern toilet and bath amenities. However, gym room was a big disappointment. It was simple a guest room with 2 treadmills and 2 cycling machines placed inside. There was any laundry room either. Location was about 15 mins walk from Hsinchu Train Station. Plus side, lots of nice food around.
