LikedThe pool and sauna are great! For small kids this hotel is great.

DislikedThe gym really needs to be upgraded. Its lacking modern equipment, and does not have any free weights over 8kg, there are no mats to do yoga or stretch, just a dirty looking carpet. It would be great to have a good fitness center with modern equipment as this would compliment the cold plunge, steam room and sauna that is available. The breakfast buffet is also just average, no egg station for omelette, very few western options. However maybe for local guests this taste is good. They also close all the gym, pool, and kids play facilities from 12pm-2pm what a terrible time to close. I would suggest doing maintenance activities in the early morning or late at night, not during peak hours. The Staff is great and they tried to make our stay more pleasant. I'm American so I complain a lot as expected. Hopefully they will take these criticisms as a reason to make some minor changes. This hotel has great potential.

We stayed for two nights. They have a good amount of kids activities so the kids were very entertained. The breakfast spread was decent, nothing fancy but not too bad either. The room was spacious and the bed comfy. I did not like the pool, cuz my foot on one of the ends because the tiles were very sharp. I won't recommend the pool but all other facilities were good.

Breakfast buffet spread was great. Room was decent size. Facilities are the best selling point for this hotel. From indoor heated pool to indoor playground and gym as well. Easy for Uber eat to be order if required

Location is not centralised but the facilities and service is good. room is spacious. Breakfast spread is good and plentiful.

LikedThe facilities & room were amazing. We were in a family room, it was spacious for my family of four. My kids 8&10 had room to play and it was extremely safe for them to independently roam around and play in the hotel facilities. The price is also extremely fair and I really enjoyed our stay.

DislikedThe only downside is the location, there isn’t much around there. You will need a private driver, or taxi it out.
